minotticucine was founded in 1949 by adriano minotti. his son, alberto, took over the company in the late 1990's and introduced his philosophy of 'mediterranean essentialism', drawing inspiration from the natural stone quarries in the local area. working with natural materials, and eliminating all unnecessary embellishments and outward distractions such as handles, plinths visible appliances. these design ideals resulted in a purity of form and innovations. the first company to introduce stone kitchens, pure cast bronze kitchens and 24k gold kitchens, to name a few. now a division of ASSO Group, minotticucine continue to build on their philosophy of silenzio visivio – “visual silence”, creating monolithic, mono-material, sculptural kitchens bringing unity to the spaces they occupy. our mission statement: inner calm, where the mind is free, and the soul can flourish. the london showroom located near oxford circus displays all the minotticucine ranges and innovations.
