Madeleine is an architect, curator, researcher and educator. She has over a decade of experience working on cultural, civic and masterplanning projects, and enjoys working with complex urban sites, placing community, craft and placemaking at the heart of design. Madeleine is co-curator of the British Pavilion at the 17th International Venice Architecture Biennale, where she is exploring privatised public space across the UK, proposing strategies for more inclusive ownership, access and use.
