Praxis N16 Ltd is an artist led not-for-profit organisation which aims to support a diverse range of artistic practices through providing affordable workspace and space hire. Established in March 2000, the studios have occupied the first floor of 3-9 Belfast Road, a former garment factory, for the last 24 years. Our community includes creatives who work across a variety of disciplines, such as art, music, film, performance art, carpentry, street art, print making, textile design, architecture and sculpture. Praxis N16 has hosted public exhibitions, performances, live music events, and lectures for people of all ages and backgrounds. Part of our ambition is to improve engagement and foster a broader appreciation of the arts. We host bi-annual Open Studios, a popular event that is well attended by our local and creative communities.
