Pempeople is a non-profit organisation that works with residents and community organisations in the London Borough of Southwark. It forms a bridge with the council, institutions and charities to allow residents to showcase their talent & create opportunities to develop solutions to local issues. Livesey Exchange (LEX) is a grassroots project initiated by Nicholas Okwulu to transform 60 garages on the Ledbury Estate into workshops, studios and multidisciplinary spaces. LEX will occupy an additional home on Old Kent Road in 2022. We will be arranging visits to the new site on Old Kent road Fabrix is a multi-award-winning, vertically-integrated real estate investment platform, specialising in bringing value to underutilised and overlooked urban spaces. Fabrix believes cities will thrive when the right balance of commerce, culture, nature and equality is achieved.
