Bloqs is the UK’s first open-access factory providing designers & professional makers with access to industrial machinery, workspaces, training, technical consultation & support, materials, consumables, storage, delicious food & drink at the cafe bar, and a welcoming community. Our pay-as-you-go, no contract model gives huge flexibility allowing members to operate with minimum risk to maximise profits. At Bloqs you will find woodworking, metalworking, engineering, CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, fabric studios, spray booths, private studios, and an impressive events space. Bloqs is a proud winner of 3 RIBA Awards and an AJ Retrofit Award in 2023. For the London Design Festival, Bloqs will be hosting a range of interactive workshops across multiple disciplines, machine demos, workshop tours, an exhibition of our members’ work & designs, live entertainment for the whole family, plus something delicious to eat.
