Digital and Marketing Manager

The Role

A key role in delivering and shaping IDEA’s vision, working closely with the Head of Content to build and implement communication and marketing strategies for all its activities. The role has a responsibility for engaging with, and cultivating, new and existent audiences, partners, and communities.

The role demands a candidate that has an exceptional eye for detail and copywriting skills, is proactive and with a problem-solving mindset. As part of the content & communications team, you will be interacting directly with IDEA’s broad audiences, and working with internal and external stakeholders including media & PR, designers, sponsors, partners, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies across brands – work with the Head of Content to uphold the brand promotion through style guidelines and visual identity

  • Execute the day to day digital and content strategy and oversee and implement social media strategy

  • Work with website stakeholders to manage website updates, from the back end dashboards to the programme of activities – ensuring websites remain updated

  • Create strategic marketing partnerships

  • Management of external PR stakeholders and media activity – overseeing press releases and

  • timelines to ensure strategic and successful delivery

  • PR & Media event strategy

  • Oversee marketing deliverables and coordination of partner content across brands and reporting

  • Management of marketing materials, working with stakeholders from design stage to print production including books, catalogues, listings and brochures
