What is the time frame?

The Festival programme develops throughout the spring and summer. To provide an idea of our planning schedule a simplified timetable appears below:

March Partner briefing event, bringing organisations together to discuss
plans and ideas for the Festival. Detailed briefing packs provided

April / May Press event staged to ‘launch’ Festival programme to media

June Deadline for submitting details of events for the Guide

August Guide published and available through 300 venues in London

September London Design Festival 13-23 September

October-December Wrap-up and feedback event for partner organisations. Planning
for London Design Festival 2009 starts!

You will be able to register Festival events via our website from March. Alongside descriptions and details we’ll also need images. In return we’ll provide you with the Festival logo so you can start promoting your part in the Festival.
