Matilda's primary focus is on the commercial contract market as well as wholesaling to retailers for Office fit outs, Hospitality ( cafe's, restaurants, bars and hotels), Public spaces and Retail stores (including online).

Matilda in 2011 will join the hub of design, designjunction launching its first ever pop-up Matilda cafe with formidable flat whites, lamingtons (th ubiquitous national fete-stall cake), Coopers beer and boutique Australian wine. The cafe will be using the best of Australian furniture by award winning Helen Kountouris, Australian designer of the year 2010. The products create a backdrop for the relaxed atmosphere and fresh easygoing food the country has become renowned for.

Featuring 30 of Australia's best, established and emerging designers will include Brodie Neil, Khai Liew, Jon Goulder, Adam Goodrum, Henry Wilson and Coco Flip.
