September 2009 sees the launch of the first edition of LONDON DESIGN GUIDE - a guide to the best design offerings in London. Breaking down London by key areas, the annual guide reviews the best design shops, galleries, institutions, and design bookshops in the city, and provides information on the best surrounding restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels. Each area is accompanied by clear maps.

In addition to this, the guide also includes topical editorial features from a variety of contributors that look at London's creative capacity, trends, issues, and movements taking place in the capital.

The LONDON DESIGN GUIDE, priced at £10, will be available extensively across London during the design festival. We have a sales stand at 100% Design and Tent London, and our very own pop-up shop on Exhibition Road as part of the Brompton Design District. Come and rest your feet in our Living Room, designed by Sigmar London.

An editorial feature with the guide, called Design Tribes, will manifest itself into a series of exhibitions looking at the various approaches and philosophies being adopted by designers today.

The New Modernists exhibition will take place at Viaduct in Clerkenwell.
The Revivalists exhibition will take place at Contemporary Applied Arts, Fitzrovia.
The Escapists will take place at mint, Brompton.
