London Design Medal 2008

2008: Marc Newson

The second London Design Medal was awarded to Australian-born London resident Marc Newson. Presented by Aston Martin CEO, Dr Ulric Bez, the medal was awarded to Newson for his outstanding contribution to design.

Ben Evans, Festival Director, said “With almost no area of modern life beyond his reach or vision Marc is an inspiration to all.”
