Newly made pieces by Michael Anastassiades, Jacqueline Rabun and Carl Auböck. All made in Vienna at Carl's famous family workshop and using their century old sensibilities and skill.

In the business of brass finishing for over a century the family workshop of Werkstätte Carl Auböck still lives in the five ground floor rooms they moved it in to in the 1920s. Always understated and with a focus on the pieces themselves they have always had fans around the world. The bauhaus founder architect Walter Gropius had 5 items on his desk throughout his life,- three of them came from the Auböck workshop. The pieces on show here are rare new pieces coming from the ground floor premises in Vienna a continuation of the tradition created by Carl Auböck who was one of the first students in the early years of the Bauhaus in Weimar.
