COCKPIT TRAIL UPDATE: Liz Emtage and Kerry Hastings at Ceramics in the City

Kerry Hastings' large scale Sculptural Bowl (pictured) is inspired by the sense of movement and poised balance of a bird in flight and utilises complex glaze processes to achieve contrasting textures.

Liz Emtage will be showing an extra large leaning Cowparsley lamp, which she has allowed to collapse beautifully. It has been inlaid with large cowparsley heads and screen printed in different colours. Liz is a participant in our ‘Commercialising Creative Content’ programme funded by the ERDF
