THE BRIEF
The “Competition” consists of two phases:

PHASE ONE:

We would like you to upload your 2D artwork/visual that will look amazing on an exterior wall two stories high in a prime retail location where there is the potential for it to be seen by millions of people whether by foot or by train. Creativity in colour is a really important element for this brief!

Early February 2018, six projects will be shortlisted from Phase One to enter into the second phase of the competition, where the shortlisted winners will work with the Mactac Europe’s design and innovation team as well as the team behind one of Europe's most regenerative retail opportunities, Hackney Walk, London, UK. Hackney Walk is London's Luxury Outlet District.

PHASE TWO:

6 shortlisted entrants from phase one will travel to London (expenses paid - see terms and conditions) to work with the Mactac Europe’s design and innovation team, as well as the team at Hackney Walk. During this one-day workshop the candidates will learn more about the Mactac products and application, and they will be given a briefing for the second phase design component. The contestants will then have 6 weeks to respond to the design brief. The winner of phase two will then have their work displayed in the prime retail location and gain global PR coverage.
