In partnership with the American Institute of Architects UK Chapter and Laufen, a juried one-day design competition will be hosted at the Roca London Gallery. The competition is open exclusively to all 2nd and 3rd year architecture and interior design students!

Students will design collaboratively in teams of up to 8, mentored by a practicing architect, and are encouraged to work as a team ‘representing’ their school. Individuals are encouraged as well; you will be married-up with a team on the day.

The Charrette will be a CAD-free event: drawn, modelled and collage proposals only. Bring your favourite drawing medium and tools with you. Rolls of tracing paper and drawing paper will be provided.

The jury will be announced shortly.

Due to a large expected turnout, please register by Friday, 14 October 2016 at 6pm.

*One team per university per course.

*Registration is strictly limited to 80 students in total.

The fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments and reprographic services throughout the day.
