What is the London Design Festival?
The London Design Festival is a city-wide celebration of design that takes place over nine days. In 2015 it took place 19-27 September.
Where is the London Design Festival
Festival events are staged in up to 400 different venues across the city. Check individual event listings for details. The Festival's hub is at the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A), which provides a good starting point from which to explore the Festival. In 2014, audiences at the V&A totalled 106,929 – which is 1.5 the number for the preceding week (30 August - 7 September).
Where can I get a ticket for a Festival event?
Most Festival events are free to enter. Ticketed events are managed by host / organising venues. Check listing and contact details for each event you're interested in.
Where are the Festival events I'm interested in?
You can search in the events page of our webiste by district, discipline or dates, or search for key words. The events are uploaded from May onwards. The printed guide categorises all of the events by location; Central, East, West, North, South and Across the city.
How can I take part in the London Design Festival?
The Festival is inclusive, and is made up of events and activities staged by a range of organisations, or Partners. If you're interested in putting on an event, click here for further information.

How can I get hold of a copy of The Guide?
The London Design Festival guide is given away for free by participating Partner venues and our project venues acrosss London during the Festival. Each September it is also be available for download on our website.
