Sannapanda & friends will transform the space into an enchanted forest full of fantastical creatures and handmade treasures.
Anna Wiscombe makes beautiful handmade painted wooden birds to wear and adorn your walls, while Sannapanda produces screenprinted felt sleepy sets to keep you cosy and snug at home or on your travels.
Both of their work is inspired by forests and its inhabitants, so it seemed like a perfect pairing to come together and create a setting that would evoke this, in the aptly-named Oak Studio in Hampstead for this year's London Design Festival.
Together they have hand picked a selection of fantastic designer makers who either already produce work of the same forest theme, or have created pieces commissioned specifically for the event.
The designermakers in our collective are Amy Hutchings, Bridget Harvey, TheBigForest, Of Cabbages & Kings, David Stelfox, Deer Little Forest, Factory Press, Jimbobart, Leila Khasel, Matt Ashton, The Miniature Knit Shop, Mister Peebles, Munano, Nadia Sparham, Nook, Superfumi, Zeena Shah.
Also featuring the wonderful work of Birgitta Modd, By-Louise, Claire Squared, Crumpetty Tree, Debbie Greenaway, Liz Minnick, London Clay Birds, Marby & Elm, Mary Kilvert, Monica Russel, Sew Smitten and Shark Alley.
You can see a selection of their work at http://pinterest.com/sanna_king/into-the-woods/

Anna Wiscombe, originally from the countryside of Dorset, now lives and works in London but still draws her inspiration from the natural environment that surrounded her while growing up!   Using birds, animals and leaves in her designs, she produces a collection of decorative and functional wooden products that are full of intricate details and have their own special character.   Her love of nature and the shapes found within it are given a contemporary edge by using bright colours and stylised forms whilst always complimenting the natural beauty of the wood.   All of Anna’s work is lovingly handmade, by her, from start to finish.  Whilst pieces are replicated, no two will ever be the same, making each one an individual character for you to enjoy!
