An inter-disciplinary day of lectures celebrating the life, work and legacy of theatre designer Edward Gordon Craig

“Edward Gordon Craig: His Legacy”, will be an inter-disciplinary day of lectures celebrating the life, work and legacy of the visionary theatre designer Edward Gordon Craig. Sir Michael Holroyd leads a host of speakers who will address Craig’s legacy in the fields of visual art, architecture and the pedagogy and practice of theatre design.
The Lecture Day accompanies the exhibition “Space and Light: Edward Gordon Craig”. Attendees will receive an introduction to the exhibition from the curator and an opportunity to visit the exhibition as part of the lecture day programme.
This event is presented by the V&A in partnership with Wimbledon College of Art.
