To celebrate our birthday we have created a trail of 25 extraordinary pieces of craft by designer-makers on show during the London Design Festival.

The global luxury market has recognised that a spotlight needs to be shone on the talented designer-makers whose work underpins their industry. Join the ‘march of the makers’. Print out our 25th Birthday Trail Map PDF (see links) and explore the world of design through the beauty of skilled craftsmanship.

Trail highlights include: 'Papiers Extraordinaires' by Clara Been an exhibition of paper structures featuring reclaimed maps and mementos on show at Dose Espresso, elegant porcelain tableware by Cockpit Arts Award Winner Billy Lloyd at Few and Far’s ‘Wood & Woad’ showcase curated by Priscilla Carluccio and Tamasyn Gambell’s geometric 50s inspired 'Triangle Cushion's part of ‘Created at Cockpit’ for Southbank Centre shops. At Origin MAYA’s 'Kitsu' vase and installation in ethical silver suggest form through a few clever lines. Also find Abigail Brown’s soft sculpture 'Peacock' and 'Chrysanthemum' in red by glass artist James Lethbridge. Visit www.cockpitarts.com for details or download the map here today.
