Skandium is proud to add to its own-production collection a new piece of furniture, a stool for two, called ‘Tangle’, designed by the Swedish architects, Claesson Koivisto Rune, during the London Design Festival 2011. Skandium’s Brompton Road store will also host a retrospective exhibit of work by the architectural partnership, featuring architectural models, furniture, tableware and jewellery.

Claesson Koivisto Rune was founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune as an architectural office but has become, in the classic Scandinavian vein, multi-disciplinary, which means that both architecture and design is practised with equal emphasis.
The opening evening will be Thursday 22 September from 6pm-9pm.

Marylebone
The Skandium Marylebone store will likewise show the new addition to our own produced collection, the stool ‘Tangle’ by Claesson Koivisto Rune which will be shown in conjunction with a smaller exhibition, featuring a number of key products from their extensive work portfolio.
