The first food forecasting trend book of in depth research, global macro/micro trends and emerging sectors. This bi-annual hardbound book, contains unique images, case studies and quotes, showing food as fashion and the aesthetic, aspirational, edible landscape.

Fashion houses have been producing trend watching data and lookbooks for so long that we think it’s time that food got the same treatment.
bellwether : Food Trends is a beautiful hard cover book of high resolution images, mood boards, industry quotes and research about food trends in the broadest context but with specific examples.
For us, food is fashion. Geo-politics, economics and ecological factors all shape what we eat and how we view food as part of our sustenance but also part of our aspirational, fashion landscape. Fashion in its broadest sense is unavoidable and influences almost all of our purchase decisions. bellwether : Food Trends is a valuable resource for more than just the food industry. Design practitioners and ad agencies who are involved in product or ideas, will benefit from the breadth of content, what will influence our aesthetic and how the possibility of those trends will shape our future.
