David Kohn and Fiona Banner win A Room For London for 2012

Congratulations to David Kohn Architects, who, with artist Fiona Banner, have just won the Living Architecture A Room For London contest organised with Artangel. This one-bedroom temporary installation designed by David Kohn and Fiona Banner is a delightful imaginary boat that makes no concessions to the iconic brutalism of the building it sits on. Kohn's recent work has been very much about creating celebratory spaces.
